Hi everyone,

Long-time reader, first-time poster on this board. In a recent thread ("How big is too big") several posts who I greatly respect mentioned the importance of posture.

I was wondering if anyone had some general tips or resources for improving one's posture.

Thanks.

It's really quit simple, just keep your back straight.

It's takes time and practice but you'll get it in no time!

All back exercises, and trying not to slouch, walking with your chest up and shoulders retracted is good to practice.

Don't forget to keep your chin up.

The only real way to do it, is make a concious effort to do it.
