Hey guys,

I don't have a set work out plan anymore, and i figured the best way for me would be to see how everyone here spaces out their days. I would like to try some of your workout plans and see which one would work for me.

Thanks

I don't know what equipment you have so I'll assume you don't have any :D

Here's what I'm doing tomorrow morning:

100 burpees as fast as possible

Rest a few minutes, then run 3 miles as fast as possible.

On Monday I start the intense mesocycle of the Smolov squat cycle, but you're supposed to do the base mesocycle and switching phase first: http://www.dragondoor.com/cgi-bin/articles.pl?rm=mode3&articleid=80

The base mesocycle added 50 lbs to my squat in 3 weeks.

I travel
Everything revolves around my legs, back and chest. I do HIGH volume.
In all honesty I never get to fit EVERYTHING in one week (because I'm always sore and beat up), so what ever body part I miss I make it up in the following week.

I do an upper, lower, upper body deal and theres coherency to the exercises I do. I never train the same body part on the same day of the week and the order of exercises and reps I do are never the same.

1 week
Mon - Chest / pull overs
Tues - Cardio
Wed - Legs/forgot to do calves today
Thurs- off
Fri - shoulders/one arm snatch
Sat - dips/calves/abs/cardio
Sun - Back/Rowing day/light (non wide) pull-ups at the end

2 week
Mon - off
Tues - chest / pull overs
Wed - cardio
Thurs - Deadlift/power clean
Fri - off
Sat - off
Sun - Back /pull up day/ weighted pull ups all day long son !!

then the next week I'll most likely start if off with squats..

Unfortunately, I'm not weight training at the moment. When I get back to it in a a week and a half, it's going to be the workout in the Where to Start thread until I get something better.

The problem with this thread is that it takes 3-6 months to fully see whether a workout plan works well for you.

Im not looking for physical results right off the bat. There are certain workouts that make you feel like you did a good job, the burning and pumped feeling. I am wanting to see how everyone spaces out their work outs, I have a gym i go to so equipment is not a problem.

Keep it coming.
