(when they have the snow boots, lol) you coming or going to snow? Or You a skier or snowboarder?
(when they have shorts or shirt on, on a cold night) Are you cold?(response: yes or kinda) don't worry talking to me will warm you up.

I wouldn't use "you're beautiful/cute" or anything like that, it's not very original and says nothing about the things she has control/choice over. You may as well be kissing their feet straight away.

choose something unique like "I like that watch" or "That's an interesting bag", "nice hair" etc...

this is something she has chosen, and goes directly to her personality/style instead of her looks. Remember girls spend nearly all their money and time on clothes and accessories. It takes them hours to get ready before a night out, mixing and matching the right clothes/accessories and doing their hair. Then when they go out they feel self conscious about the outfit they have on. Saying "you're beautiful" is weak. I'm not saying it doesn't work, I'm just saying it could be better.

esp. at hermosa beach where every girl thinks their a volleyball playing super model.
