Lactic acid training boosts HGH. DO circuit training. Very little breaks in between your movements.
ex:
Deadlift (no break) -> curls (no break) -> Deadlift set2 (no break) -> curls set2 (no break) -> hams(no break)..... etc. until the end of the workout. It builds lactic acid like mad. It's also good for burning the fat off yer arse so I use this for cutting cycle.
I never looked at it that way. Lactic acid has always been something to avoid in my books. Lactic acid is what makes your muscles ache after a good workout, but I was always told that the burn means you haven't pushed yourself long enough...
Alright, I thought lactic acid was the stuff that builds up in your muscles and INTERFERES with building muscle. I got a few good doses of knowledge from some friends and a little bit of research. I've been building lactic acid all allong in my anaerobic workouts, I thought that was something COMPLETELY different
