I noticed that im spending hella money on groceries compared to the other guys on here. I figured that if people posted their grocery lists, we would find ways to get our nutrition and better food with less money. Its totally alright you don't wanna calculate the prices or just wanna suggest a few items we could add to our list. I'll go first.

Chicken breast or beef for 2.99/lb - 20$
two gallons of milk- 4$
24 eggs - 4$
cottage cheese - 2$
fruit/vegies- 5$
water - 4$
5 can pack of salmon- 10$
bread - 2$
whole wheat pasta - 2$
condiments and stuff- 7$
juice- 2$
beans- 2$
tortilla chips- 2$
cheese- 2$
oatmeal- 2$

Total: around 70$/week. Total 280 a month.

....

Mine looks quite a bit like yours. And I happen to have my most recent receipt laying here...

Whole Grain Bagels - $2.50
Whole Grain Bread - $4
2 Gallons Milk - $5
Brown Rice - $2
Eggs - $1
6 cans tuna - $3
Cottage Cheese - $2
Protein Bars - $8
Potatoes - $2.50
Chicken - $5
Ground Beef - $7

Plus a couple other things that are every other week, plus $30 whey protein/month, comes to about $250/month. I don't really see a cheaper way to do it, though.

Some of you guys who buy a lot of one thing might try shopping at Sam's Club. Wal-mart sucks, but Sam's usually has decent quality food.
