I've always wondered if there are special workouts that people perform that are "twists" of the original. Never have I found a site with such workouts, only plans and food priorities.
I have problems with both workout equipment(no local gym) and poor food choices(due to triple inflated food prices and poor quality due to flight schedules)
What are good self workouts for just my body?
I need a body weight index of workouts that specializes in superset(two muscle groups at a time) and hard to reach muscles...
