I've always wondered if there are special workouts that people perform that are "twists" of the original. Never have I found a site with such workouts, only plans and food priorities.

I have problems with both workout equipment(no local gym) and poor food choices(due to triple inflated food prices and poor quality due to flight schedules)

What are good self workouts for just my body?

I need a body weight index of workouts that specializes in superset(two muscle groups at a time) and hard to reach muscles...

combination workouts

what's bb.com? milk jugs heard that too often, sand pots are heavier less spillage etc. plus you can overkill at the end of a set with them. I pour sand out slowly bit by bit until I can finish the rep and struggle for the next(I can feel pops closing in) and keep pouring sand until I can finish the rep smoothly and repeat until the jug is empty. shakestretch mimic rest and repeat...

King I'm not looking for prepped and easy workouts, I'm talking bombs...

ex for squats I do push and pop's(thats what I call em don;t laugh) where I do a push-up jump into a suat and do a lunge and a wall run(do 5 of those and your heart is racing if your not used to it)

I want special combo techniques that I use just my body weight to perform, thats why I mention ankle/wrist/gi weights in my other post.

yeah that's one of 3 sets that I mix up

I want to know if there is any advanced researched put into this or if I'm just doing advanced cardio...

Forgive my ignorance but where do you live where you can afford internet access but cant afford weights/gym membership?

Squat or deadlift widowmaker with a three-minute extreme stretch after it.
