I used to have the same problem as you. I think you should treat serouisly because it is real addiction and it will affect your life. When I was trying to quit I found it to be really difficult, and I had many relapses, but I stuck with it and now I have it under control. Here is what I did....
I every day that Im clean, I write it the date down on a MS word file, and the days that I relapse I highlight it in red. I think u should get it of the "streak" mentality where you count the number of consective days. Instead do what I did and records days as clean or not clean. Its hard at first to let go completely, so start out slow. Stop watching for one day of the week, tell urself for this one day of the week im clean, and I can watch it as much as I want on the other days. After a couple of weeks make it two days, then three and so on. Keep at it, dont worry if u relapse, it will take time.
