What type of girls do you the most. Most attractive girls can be broken down into three types:

Curvy: Girls with big butts/boobs. Usually have a higher body fat percentage than most attractive girls, but the curves are well worth it. Think jennifer lopez, vida guerra, beyonce, spanish/latin girls, ect.

Athletic: Think vollyball, track, or soccor girls from college or highschool. Girls who spend a good number of hours a week doing some kind of athletic activity. These girls have hot leg/butt development and nice firm bodies.

Unless a girl is athletic, she will go seriously downhil after 23-24 years of age.
Look at chickentuna from my original post, she's friggin 39 and hotter than 99% of girls who are 20 years old.

Girls who consistantly take care of themselves, not just go to the gym whenever they eat a tub of icecream. However, girls who eat healthy and go to the gym consistantly usually develop athletic features. I'm not talking about bodybuilder bodies. I'm talking about tight/firm bodies, and full legs and butt.
