I read the stickied A-Unit (Repost): Nutrition + the "right" stimulus = growth. and thought it was very sound, especially for a newbie. I hope someone like A-Unit or EFFORT, or anyone out there that is familiar with this routine can help me construct a beginners routine...PLEASE. I am very skinny (163 lbs, 6 feet!), and I hate to admit this, but I am very weak. I can barely do 4 pullups, and 2 sets (12 reps) of 55 lbs bench press . I hate feeling weak compared to others, so I'm dedicated and determined to get bigger and stronger. I'd really appreciate the help from those with experiences.
