Being a university student, theres not much options for food, its a pretty small university, and only 2 food courts. One of them has Harveys, Pizza Pizza, Mr.sub, Sandwich shop, and Yogen Fruz. I dont even go near the Harveys ever. I find myself eating a lot of the following:
-Chicken Ceasar Pitas ( i know ceasar dressing isn't the best, but better than fast food)
-Subs - Chicken, lettuce, cheese...
-Sandwiches - Ham, Egg Salad(was really wondering if this was good). and tuna

So i know all of those contain carbs, because of the bread...im guessing it wouldn't be that bad because the contents have vegetables, and meats....How nutritional are these meals?

Have the Caesar Chicken Pitas once in a while. Stick with the subs and sandwiches but with no oil or mayonnaise, no cheese, lots of veggies.

You're an idiot. Eating fat des not make you fat. Eating way too much does. Why don't you just tell him to eat salad as the main staple of his diet?

He's trying to gain weight... not look anorexic. Not only that but especially when weight training the body needs fat. From oils (like olive oil, and fish oil), and from foods like avogado and such. You skip out on the fat... you'll be paying a big penalty.

And as far as the sandwiches go, it doesn't soud like a whol lot of food. Hell, I'd still be hungry after that.

Get a few burgers once in awhile.

Yeah, if this guy is a skinny fvcker like myself and it's hard for him to gain weight, a little fat ain't gonna hurt. Hell, alot of fat is not gonna hurt him because it doesn't me. I don't get any fatter.

Then keep eating what you have been so far. The same thing that's helped you to get to a lean 182.

If it works... why change it?
