okay so I really need advice on building a solid stack 6 pack.

Don't get me confused of someone who doesn't know how to get started though. I'm a multiple time state wrestler and placer and am used to cutting as much as 35+ lbs(160-123 1/2 the most)

this is the main problem: I have a pretty decent body all the way to 163 or so. I used to have a very defined solid six pack about 4 years ago. the only problem is that I weighed something like 112lbs when I had it and weigh about 162 right now.

I realize the key is to cut the belly fat off. but a problem is the fact that I'm not willing to look ethiopian by cutting so much weight. I want muscles and a six pack on a serious level, model style.

the most intriguing method I've encountered recently says no water or food for two weeks and workout downing ONLY proteien/creatine powder and supplements.

I'm not interested in anyone responding telling me how "unsafe" or how stupid you "think" I am. like I said, I'm also a wrestler and have seen boys on a national level cut up to 12 lbs a day. any experience in response would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Cutting 12lbs in a day is pretty much all water weight through dehydration techniques bro.

If you have water retention around the abdomen, then that might help a bit.

You must know as well as anybody that true fat loss doesn't happen overnight, and building true muscle--not just a glycogen pump--takes even longer.

Not eating or drinking for two weeks, regardless of that shake at workout time, is going to cause your body to eat itself. It can choose between eating muscle or fat. Since muscle is more easily accessible to digest, guess which one it's going to choose?

Take the high road dude. Find out how many cals you need for maintenance(eg. I need about 2500kcals) at which you dont lose or gain weight. Now, cut out 200cals a week. Thats 1750cal deficit each week and 1 pound of fat every two weeks by itself.

Now add cardio. Aim for 4-6 sessions a week, 30-45 minutes of low-moderate intensity. You want to be burning roughly 300cals per session. Again that's about 1750cal deficit, and shedding 1 pound per two weeks.

You're essentially losing 1 lb of fat per week that way, and not losing any muscle. In fact, if you have a good high protein/moderate fat/low timed carb diet, you can even put on muscle at the same time.

Throw in a thermo like Hydroxycut, some fish oil, and plenty of water, and you're going to be up at around 1.5 lbs of fat loss a week when all is said and done.

Do that for 12 weeks and suddenly you've lost 18lbs of fat(at least, i didnt factor in what doing intense workouts would do for fat loss), and it won't be coming back in a hurry since you did it the right way.

Considering you're only 163lbs, and that you have been in the physical arena for some time, you can probably throw on 2-3lbs of muscle in that time as well.

So...

12 weeks
18lbs less bodyfat(if you want to cut that much)
3lbs more muscle

I'm working out in much the same way right now, though a little more focused toward muscle gain than bodyfat loss.

i agree with quik. I'd also just take carbs post workout and up my fat intake by taking in more olive oil/fish oil/nuts/bacon/beef/etc

Thats great advice thanks bro. I'll definetly take that into consideration by writing it down. I'm skimming through a body building website as I type and it suggests something on that level. good luck to you.
