I was going though my old yahoo account, deleting some crap, and I came across some pics of me and some other people I know. and I don't think I ever posted a pic of myself here.. so here goes

First, these are OLD pics.. about 2 years now, but I don't look much different.. i cut the hair and I'm not as defined but I still can walk around without mys hirt.. this was in the peak of my "get in shape or die tryin" mode

I'm in the middle, my two (old) best friends are on the left and right of me, we don't talk anymore. this is a sigma party they drug me to, which ended up not being that bad

the Columbian girl on the right. Also make note, I met her by ****ing the white girl on the left, who has made a resurgence since then and is actually pretty damn cute now... she's doable in that pic but that's about it. I saw her at a club about 4 months ago and had to do a double take.

why is she half naked you ask? because we are freaky like that.. seriously, she was a half ass model, but is too short, but as you can see, you couldn't design a better body... really I think the photo guy just wanted to fvck her and filled her head with some stuff, but she half ass tried it. when and she would eat more junk food than anyone I ever seen. the only person I know I could give 100 dollars to, she comes home from the grocery store with 100 dollars worth of "snacks" and didn't know what a gym looked like. her older sister is a workout instructor and puts her to shame.

yahoo is making me delete these soon so look now.. as I have more recent photos around the house and just so happened to stumble on these

that's not a good pic of her eyes.. she has the biggest eyes you've ever seen, so I call her 'baby boop' like the old cartoon character. She's more cute than hot to me.. you have to know her. she's real silly sometimes to a detriment


I was actually 135 in high school, when I started my company got up to 225, and trimmed it down. I'm about 185 in that pic, I'm about 171 now, my chest isn't as big, and my arms aren't as BIG but have more definition. it's not that hard... just be consistent with it.. and I don't touch weights anymore, just hindu pushups and squats really

actually, I was pleasantly plump 7 months before that pic, and I Don't have the best metabolisms on earth. I have to work on it.. but I don' thve to kill myself everyday.. I get up, do about 200 pushups everyday, swim about a mile and i"m done

that's what I was trying to explain in the health fourm.. I'm not spending 5 hours a day when if you pace yourself you don't get burned out, and I will take my shirt off anywhere.. that's all it really come sdown to.. how good do you look naked

My comment about your bod was just meant to suggest that I do believe there are differences in races, and one thing Ive noticed about a great many young black men, is that most all of you seem to gain/have muscle so easily.

BTW that cute little (well not so little now) alaskian husky is actually yours truly.. that's Rico, the dog that hated me so much I gave him to her to "watch a couple of days".. which turned into a month, 2 months.... then one day I just said "i'm never going to get rico back am I? and she said no.. i we actually ended up swapping dogs

is the white girl.. again I saw her a couple months back at a club called on the rocks and she came up to me, and i wasn't sure it was her. I actually know the guy in the pic.. we used to make fun of him in church when we were little... he's what you call a "gansta nerd".... she is the definition of a sunshine girl.. we hit it off that night and she actually invited me to her house but god no.. she's not even that good in bed

Your a Nupe??? I JUST krossed last semester Nu Kappa Khapter. Like a week before finals... I know I don't post much on here, I usually come on this board for entertainment and sometimes pointers... I just had to let it be known that your not a alone nupe... Its a small world though.

nah.. I didn't even go to college. my two best friends are however... I used to might as well be. When they were breakin new guys in I used to get dragged with them.. all the sigma's in their chapter made my house the "home base".. people I didn't even know, just showing up, blue sigma kool aid all in my frig.. I remember my little sister tried ot drink some and she said "this don't taste like hi c"...

When I was 21, a normal say, Wednesday night, along with my GF at the time.. party every night. There used to be at least 8-9 people every other night if not more there.. playing spades, video games, getting drunk.. it was fun but I grew out of it a little, plus I wasn't a sigma
