Hi guys!

It's been a long time since I've posted on this here forum and it used to be a great read, but lots has happened since then and I haven't had the time to visit. Some of the stuff I learnt here in my teenage years were valuable, some not so much but that in itself is a good lesson.

I have my eyes set on the next 2 Commonwealth games, but in the mean time I do need to make a living.

I remember there were lots of guys looking for guidance in some form or other, and I've taken a bit of a turn in my life.

So if anyone wants a training plan or diet plan, or both, feel free to email me at carloluca at hotmail dot com.

I can sort out any form issues, or exercise questions you may have as well, obviously I wouldn't charge for that.

This isn't a thousand dollar deal, it would be something like a 6-8 week plan for 50-100$ or the equivalent in your currency, depending on how specific and what restrictions you have. Whatever your goals are I'm sure I can help.

I have had success in training a variety of people, including a US Heavyweight Pro strongman, and one of the podium finishers in UK's strongest man u105kg 2010, I am most proud of those two!

I am not claiming to have trained thousands of champions, I am just a strong, fit individual who knows what he's doing, and passionate enough to want to help other people, and have done with success through my methods and my guidance.

If anyone remembers Warboss Alex, he is my brother, he is not involved in the field anymore but I am following in his footsteps.

Thanks in advance brothers (and sisters, if there are any in here?).

Before you get clientele you need someone to show off your wares.

Lots of people think that once they pass the 2hr Golds Gym PT program think they have what it takes to work and transform someones body.

I would actually like to see a routine where a person wanted size and strength at the same time.

What I would do is, since this is the internet and goodwill is involved, is write a basic outline of the program, if the person wants more specific help and information, they can send me a fee, if they don't, then they can use the program as they see fit. I think that's fair in the circumstances. If anyone wants any more info about myself or people I've trained with they are free to PM me about anything.

Size and strength is probably the easiest one there is, you can PM me if you want some more info. :)

And thanks for the message, I'm new to online training anyway so I appreciate the feedback.
