it looks like i may need some help with breath problems and a possible BO problem

i brush my teeth twice a day, floss as often as i remember to and scrape the hell out of my tongue, i shower twice a day soaping up with this gayish lavender smelling thing
i wear a variety of nice colognes, spraying them quite madly these days onto every oraface

BUT, i know i have continuously bad breath and a sneaking susupision that i have very strong BO - althoughi can never smell either one

now noone has ever said anything to me, and partly because it seems like i'm the least person to have this problem and i never act as though i have a problem, and so they assume it's someone else

but i need to know what sort of things can be done to change these things? are there any secret special herbal **** i can take or anything like that?

side notes i for the most part breath with my mouth open, at least i do when i sleep which also involves drooling
how can i change that as well?

You might need to see a dentist to fix the breath problem. Also, if you eat a lot of spicy foods, garlic, or onions, cut those out of your diet.

As for BO, use anti-perspirant instead of deodorant. Deodorant only covers up the smell. Anti-perspirant prevents you from sweating.

You wouldn't happen to have naturally 'red' hair, would you? How about fair and freckled skin?

If you do, I've happened to notice over time that folks who have such characteristics do tend to have, how shall I say , - an distinct aroma. If such is the case, I'm afraid there's not much you can do, as far as I know.

i dont think the smell i coming from my arm pits, i use antipersperant deoderant which i'm quite happy with

but sometimes whenever i sit in an enclosed space, i get a feeling that this smell is emininanitn from all around me, like from my shoes my clothes my back
i tell myself i'm just being paranoid and shake it off, but if there is really a problem i definitley want it sorted out

and no not red headed, and a little fair skinned although i dout that being fair skinned has an affect. i have quite a few friends who look like me (big surprise) and none of them sufer from this

If your shower twice a day, maybe its your clothes that smell and not your body? You wearing clean clothes? Washing them properly with proper washing powder and drying them as soon as they're finished in the wash?

Leaving wet clothes a day or two before drying them makes them stink.

If your friends are mature, ask them if you have BO. Or ask your mom.

Heavy people tend to have BO slightly more than a thin person, reason being, they sweat more and they have rolls which can trap bacteria and cause odor... thats what he was trying to say.

being fat is relevant because fat people stink. even if you shower sweat and stench can build up in the folds of your fat all over your body, perfect breeding ground for vomit inducing BO.

I once knew a guy who always smelled like poo. It was a colon problem or something.

What you eat can effect BO. If you eat lots of red meat, it's said you'll have stronger BO. Try an antibacterial soap like Dial to use for bodywash. Try to do some cardio and sweat, alot. Sweating will help clear out the sh1t that makes BO from your body, but considering your weight I can't advise a sauna. If you want to try a sauna do a little research first to see if it's safe, and how to use one properly. Hope I could help.
