I notice some porn stars have a large black **** shaft with a small white **** on the end of it. Did they have surgery?

In many porn videos they use a fake penis on their real one, like a very realistic prostethic. Sometimes with a hidden tube they can pump for extra cvm. It's not permanent, it's basically a dildo temporarily attached outside the real penis.

It's like asking if an alien in a science fiction movie is an actor who had surgery. They didn't, it's just advanced special FX.
