Whenever I get stressed, hot, or nervous, my skin hurts and stings like needles on my upper body (and sometimes face, but usually just the neck).

there's no rash, no redness (except for when I'm blushing)

But GODDAMN IT CAN REALLY, REALLY HURT!

It's gotten better, and it doesn't hurt as much or as often, but it is really annoying.

Anyone else have the same problem? I can't even find a name for it.

p.s. I have very sensitive skin, and can't hold a tan for very long

I have a relatively poor diet.

It sporadically ranges from great to terrible.

But yeah, it's pretty bad.

I am unfortunately too young to be able to choose what we buy as food, though.

And I've been taking vitamin B, it's helped my dry skin and lips.

Well you have your answer

Take a multivitamin every day. B vitamins are not enough. Ask your parents to buy healthier food. Drink a gallon of water a day.

Probably 90% of the stuff we see doctors for can be solved with a healthy diet.

Its quite funny because only the other day a friend of mine saw me popping a multivitamin and mineral and went "what the hell is that your taking!?" thinking i was popping pills in the morning! and when I told her she said, i've never taken anything like that in my life. She's been on regular medication for years (skin related) which means that she cant do certian things and i said, what would you do if you found out you where just defficiant in a mineral which is causing the problem, This was only yesterday so there is no conclusion to the story yet, but makes me wonder!

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.
