Hey guys. For the past couple of days I was pondering the idea of becoming a male model. So I told myself, well Hot Sh!t, time to put the dream in action.
Operation High Status was born.
I already booked an appointment with a model recruitment agency the 1st of July at 11h30.
Currently looking for a photographer in Montreal that is willing to set me up a Portfolio for free in exchange of my free modeling services (I don't want to spend 250$ on a portfolio set up).
I've learned that to become a male model, you essentially need 3 important things (thanks Alex):
Rock Hard Abs (in other words low body fat)
Clear complexion
White, beautiful teeth
So I'm going to start working towards those 3 particular things.
Here is the goal of Operation High Status:
1. Become a model
2. Get Hot **** Body
This is what I will do starting today to achieve this goal.
1. Jogging, 30 minutes, about 2-3 times per week (done that today feels REALLY good, I recomend it even to most jogging-haters). I'm hoping to lower body fat by doing this. If it doesn't work, at least I'll get a better cardio and have some fun.
2. Hit the Gym once again (yay). This time thought, my goal isn't putting on weight. I'll aim for a strength orientated workout (low reps, lots of sets, heavy weights). I'm planning to tone my muscles more than making them bigger. This will also make my stronger for my Judo class while still keeping the same weight. Good for competitions.
3. Whiten teeth at home. I remember reading about a recipe somewhere were you mix some cooking ingredients together to make a paste. I'll have to re-find that recipe and try it out, I'll be grateful if any of you guys has it and posts it, thank you. This will give me a whiter smile. It's fine as it is now, but I want it sparkling Hollywood white. I have straight teeth, so the other thing is ok.
4. Get a nice tan. How lucky, I'm going to the beach for one week soon. Good tan will improve complexion and muscle tone.
5. Buy some kind of magic cream to get a better face complexion. I used to have acne so I have some marks left (not scars, just small barelly visible marks). These go away in time (couple months ussually) but I wouldn't mind speeding the process up.
6. Diet! of course. I'm not sure what kind of diet I should be following. I'm guessing low fat and high protein. Leave your sugestions bellow. Remember I want to have very low body fat so that abs always show up (I have a six pack right now but it is more visible with proper lighting and posture). I want my six pack to show up even when I sleep.
7. Do my secret sit-ups routine from Judo class (100 sit-ups, different variations) 2-3 times per week. Yeah, 3 times per week, since I'm some hot ****.
