I've figured that I should suggest meet-ups as soon as I can online to weed out the time-wasters. I suggested a HB to meet up among other things in my message....she responds to me, but ignores the part about meeting up.

Is she just looking for validation? Or is more rapport perhaps required and I should push for it my next message?

Most likely she's not ready for a meetup. I'd exchange about 3 messages before I pitched that, maybe even a quick phone convo at which point you can suggest meeting.

Is this still recoverable then? I mean, she still did reply even though I jumped the gun.

Dave Glenn's stuff is always a good guide. He's been doing the online thing for some time now. I'd exchange about 3 messages, get the number, have a quick convo, suggest meeting. Definitely recoverable. Good luck.

You wanna see what time wasting is? I'll tell you what time wasting is. Back when I was doing the whole online dating thing I had been talking to this girl, both online and on the phone some. Tried to set up something and it went like this:

I asked her what her schedule looked like for the upcoming week.(it was Sat night and I figured I'd ask her out for Monday or so)

she said:
pretty much every night is a free night
during the week anyways
if you were looking to go to dinner tonight as well that would work too.

I said fine, whatever(I felt like eating out anyways and it wasn't going to be that expensive the place I had in mind)

This stupid fvcking moron of a woman texts me back 5 mins later "Oh I already ate"

You already ate??? Then why in the fvck would you SUGGEST we go out to dinner TONIGHT? Then I was like whatever, we can go out and have a drink or you can come over and watch football with me. Oh no, can't do that, not on the first meeting she says. Bull$h!t. Notice how she didn't respond "sure we can go get a drink"? No all she heard was "this guy I don't know but have talked to on the phone a couple of times wants me to come to his house for kinky sex games and I'm just not that kind of woman....even though I've done it before most likely"

Then I was like "look you wanna just go get a drink or what?" She replies "maybe, let me see how I feel later tonight". Well good, go feel all you want, I'm going out with my friends. I never replied to her after that.

I hope she got hit by a bus or got gang raped by a pack of dogs. This is why I fvcking LOATHE most women. If you don't want to go out with me, fine but don't initiate the idea and then jerk my chain about it later, not even 5 mins. I would have punched that girl in the throat if it wasn't against the law.
