For the last 5 months, I've been using pof to meet women. It seems that the women who show interest in me online is the opposite of who seems interested offline.

Online, black women make up about 50% of the women who initiate contact. And the response rate is about 90% when I initiate. And if I joke around about having babies with them, they seem even more interested. I have blonde hair and blue eyes. And most of my life I've had the impression that black women do not like white men. I mean I've had a few, but it's rare. This goes with other races too. Hispanic women are a toss up. Some of them are like instantly infatuated with me and want to meet or screw me on the 2nd meet up.

Offline, it's normally white women who are a 6-8 that show interest and respond well to me (black women snub me). I'm probably an 8, at least for my age, so this would make sense. Online, however, these women tend to show very little interest. These white women seem to want one of two types: Mr Professional guy with cool material items, or Mr Bad Boy with beards, tattoos and motorcycles. I'm an in between type, which actually might work against me online where people are wishy washy and picky.

But just wondering what you all think this means about what preferences people really have. Meaning, do true preferences come out online or is it an inverted fantasy world? If true preferences come out online, then maybe offline strategies would yield more success if approaching the types that are most interested online?

You don't even need to have pictures just let them know you are white and they will respond back to you fast and like you said its like 90 percent too. Most you can lay on the first date!

I've never had interest in Asian women anyway, ever. The feeling is mutual apparently, even though I'm always hearing how Asian women love white men.

It's interesting you say you have ****ty odds as a black man. A while back I opened a female account just to see what I was up against. The black men seemed the most able to connect with a woman from what I could see. They were pretty respectful and sincere with the messages they sent. I remember thinking if I was a woman I'd prefer black men because of it haha probably sounds gay but just sayin. A huge chunk of the white guys seemed like complete douche bags who assumed I was a naïve little airhead that could be pressured into a date or sex.

^^^ This right here. As an "expert" online dater myself lol, I can tell you that black women are the LEAST desired online and black women in general have the worse self esteem because they are the least desired overall, which means their response rate is going to be much higher.

Pulling good looking white women online is very difficult and when you pull them, they are going to be high maintenance/gold-digger types.

These are mainly my results as well, but I wouldn't call those "shytty" results though. What's wrong with getting a bunch of black women and mixed women lol?

The good looking white women I've pulled have mainly come from offline through social circles. But I really don't date outside of my race that much though to be honest....I mainly just date black chicks.

In the Bay, most white guys have yellow fewer...all they need is about 5 mins on POF and they can have an Asian woman in their bed within 2 hours.

I recently activated my Match.com account...but ONLY to game Indian chicks. The only responses I get online are from Indian girls...you know the ones who's moms are telling them to marry an Indian guy. I will use this to my advantage while still gaming Latinas.

There are Indian dating sites like Indiandating.com which are hit or miss. Shaadi.com is for marriages and I get a TON of messages from women on there. Like I only go on there once a month or so and every time I log on, my inbox is full. They are primarily women from India...and yes, you guessed it, they want a green card. I don't take the site that seriously. If the women were close by and I could fvck them, I would spend more time on it.

Yes and no. No doubt things are skewed towards white men, but a minority man can still do well depending on his location as well as how good his pictures are. I have friends (who are Asian) that kill it with white women because they're ripped / have a bad-boy image...so not all hope is lost.
