That's right, on my quest to become a Don Juan, I'm going to start masturbating less.
I'm doing this for various reasons:
- It makes me feel low and desperate.
- Because I constantly masturbate, I can't keep an erection for a long time.
- I no longer get pleasure from masturbation.
- It takes up alot of my time, that I could be using to do other things.
- It uses up alot of my energy, so I don't have the energy to do other things.

Well, when I don't masturbate for a while, I seem to *** very quickly. When I'm doing it on a regular basis, I have to work at it.

Exactly. So many people try stopping or doing it more, or just altering their "patterns" altogether thinking it will have some effect on their game. IT DOESN'T. Just beat off if you feel like it, don't if you don't feel like it.

i dont know all the benefits but one is that if you go a week, that is 7 days, without masturbation you get a small testosterone spike. Plus its a good motivator to get the girls, because their the only way to get your jolies off.

i can't get why someone should stop masturbating. i have been with my girlfriend for the last year, though i usually masturbate daily, even in days when we had sex more than once... i have no problem with it.

this summer, i wanted to see what improvements i could get from stopping masturbation as many in this forum claim... guess what, after a week, i was completely AFC and i needed to fùck a girl badly... so i started again after 10 days or so of abstinence.
