This site has turned me into a bad bad person. It has taught me to: flirt; to be more confident with woman. As such, I've built a good network of plates and an even wider network of female 'acquaintances'. No problems here except for: pet names. It seems every one has a different one for me while I recycle ones I tease girls with depending on her appearance. Thing is I dunno, are pet names good or bad? I almost feel demasculinated by them - being called darl, lovely, my lover etc etc. How would you guys take it?

Furthermore this behavior seems to be reserved just for me and not their guy friends whom they've known for much longer. I can tell some of those guys don't appreciate how close I've gotten to their 'girl'.

Thoughts lads?

They've probably spent at least a moment or two thinking about you and what you mean to them, so I'd put this in a similar category as getting a nickname, which is a good thing.

Unless they're calling you 'My Little B!tch' - which would be bad.

It all depends on your relationship with her. My ex used to call all of her orbiters "hun". I'm sure it made the guys feel all warm and fuzzy inside as well as giving her the feeling of control.
