I was thinking about adding Egg Omelettes to my morning meals. Im guessing it has pretty good nutritional value with eggs, other vegetables and what not...Just wondering if someone could explain the proper way to prepare an omelet, or ir someone had a special recipe they use

I'll share with you how I fix my omelet breakfast.

Ingredients:

4 eggs: 3 whites, 1 white/yolk.
Tomato: A little bit, diced.
Onion: A little bit, chopped.
Mushroom: 3, chopped.
Turkey ham: 2 slices, chopped.
Bell peppers: A little bit, chopped.
Extra virgin olive oil: A little bit.
Mozzarella cheese: A little bit.

Directions: (Difficulty in 1-10 scale: 3)

1) Add everything (except eggs and mozzarella cheese) to a skillet with olive oil on medium heat and cook for about 3-5 minutes.

2) Beat the egg whites and yolk together while cooking all the other ingredients. Then, add the eggs to the mixture.

3) Cook for about 5 minutes. Put some mozzarella cheese on top of the omelet and cook for 1 more minute.

4) Enjoy.
