I would appreciate any tips as to preventing them from becoming rank.

I wash them. They don't smell bad after I get out of the shower, but by nights end, They're pretty nasty. Any tips to keep them smelling fresh that won't leave a sour taste in a girls mouth, should she happen to, "accidentally" brush her tongue against my boys?

i had the same problem, so i shave my balls and now it doesnt smell anymore, i can go running and it wont smell nothing, before it was like i had to change my boxers 2 times a day cuz it smelled weird

Is it your scrotum, or your johnson? I'm uncircumsized and if I don't clean out the old lint trap on a regular basis it smells like week old cod. Do you wear boxers or briefs? Maybe they wouldn't smell as bad if the ventellation was a little more up to code.

Wash it every day and keep it dry bro, you can go to the chemist and get some sort of powder that keeps it nice and dry for ya, it'll go away with time but just incase go see a doc incase its some sort of infestation.
