I have a question....
I am trying to lose weight and I have started to eat once a day. I usually eat a big mean at Dinner time and during the day I usually eat just a snack like yogurt or apeice of fruit, I do eat at lunch maybe a sandwich but other then that I eat at night. Is this good to do or am I doing something bad?
