What brought you to SS and how did you find the site?
i was in a bad place. I had just escaped from a 3 year relationship with possible BPD and i decided to go and jump straight into the friendzone.
By telling a girl my feelings.
By text.

Shiit - they werent even real feelings - more of an obsession - pedestalised the pvssy on that one! But still Googled how to escape that place and found SS. Pooks writings helped me get my "MOJO" back and I'm on form

What's the best and or worst advice you've ever received in regards to chicks?

Worst: Tell her how you FEEL. (Obviously came from a woman)

Best: 1.They are ALL replacable. 2.Judge by her actions and not her words. 3. Look at the type of guy she dates - You can usually take this as a compliment If she's rejected you. (this one was a biggie for helping me past that "friendzone" issue.)

Best: My first Blowie.
Worst: I got myself in the eye with my own jizz one time I had her sat on my lap, no rubber though, so I pulled out to shoot up her back, It went straigh up, over her shoulder.... Couldnt make a shot like that if you tried! that shiit stung man! so badly!

Oh and another time I snapped my banjo while slamming a chick from behind... so much hurt and so much blood I still have a scar

Yeah Ive been friendzoned - Learned to move on from that shiit. Been blown out and recovered to nail one? Honestly I dont think so - just tend to move on and not give 2 shiits.

7 - It was a logistical nightmare. Dont try it! 3-4 is PLENTY

How do you handle having no plates?
What do you mean? like fap? or what? Its not the end of the world to have no plates. I couldn't give two shiits if I dont have a woman around TBH

Dress style for going out to meet chicks?
Daytime is usually on the way TO or FROM the gym, so either gym clothes or work clothes

Hitting the club - Timbalands, Jeans and a T-shirt. I always look casual, and my arms fill out a sleeve on a T-shirt

Tried the lot. Most successful was the ages 18 - 24 I was a Barman then manager. Easily the most successful time of my life for scoring pvssy.

Anything is possible - so never say never, But I doubt it

Bits and pieces - Quite a bit of Pooks is a good read and is well written for entertainment and Info. Other posts here and there when I felt like it

Yeah picked up on holiday in: France, Germany, Estonia. But Ive scored with a pile of foreign visitors on British soil.

I expressed an interes when there was a position going, then there was the trial by fire. 3 weeks out in the wilderness in midwinter with nothing but a loin cloth and a pocket knife. Survive and you are welcomed in with open arms

Actually - I did go online for a couple of months, but I didnt meet any chicks off there - i had plenty of numbers but I put an "online chick" as low priority, so they didnt get any play off me.

To be honest, we all know online chicks are the dregs at the bottom of the barrel and have far too many "issues" to be worthwhile.

I Currently have only 1 plate in rotation, but still flirt and keep my options open. I just dont have the time for any more than One.

Diet. Calculate your TDEE and drop that by 300-400 calories. Keep protein and healthy fats high, dont eat high glycemix index carbs, keep your carbs below 150g. When you hit a plataeu in weight loss start carb cycling (2 low carb days under 50g and 1 refeed of 200g+).

Usualy lifting regmine and add in HIIT or LISS cardio, whatever you prefer. Keep the diet clean and under your maintenance and you should be fine. If you find yourself not losing weight drop your calories lower (minus 500 to TDEE).

Also spot fat loss isnt possible, if you lose fat in once place you will also lose it in others.

ive never had to cut too much bodyfat to be honest, I tend to keep pretty lean- but what Johnchops says here is correct - Abs are made in the Kitchen, not the gym. I know he went from being chubby last year to bein ripped up now - John you got pics of that?

Obviously you have to do cardo to burn the fat off though.

with grapefruit and possibly some oatmeal (complex carbs give a longer supply of energy- they wont cause an insulin spike)

Then for cardio Try not to eat for about 2 hours before training - Just have water.

I only found the damn after pictures and I cant find the befores. I think they on my old phone which is now in the atlantic ocean. Im pretty pissed about it, maybe I can rummage some old facebook picutres or something.
