Hey I'm going off to college pretty soon so I'm looking for some advice on college life in general. Let me first tell you my situation.
I'm majoring in Computer Engineering, the university I'm attending has a female/male ratio of 40/60, because our school is known for math and engineering. I'm also enrolled in a co-op program, basically I have 8 academic terms and 6 work terms each term is 4 months. That means first year I stay on campus for the first term, then work for the second term, and I stay on campus during the summer to finish my academic term. This is kinda a challenge since it would be hard to know that many ppl if I stay on campus for 4 months as opposed to 8. My residence building is co-ed, but each floor is single gendered, so you have a floor all guys and the floor above that would be all girls. That's pretty much all I can tell you at the moment. I'm not that optimistic cuz I'm discouraged by the ratio, the single-sex floors and my schedule which all gets in the way of djing. Opinions and suggestions?
