I was reviewing some nutrition facts around the internet...and I was VERY surprised to find out that the skinless/boneless chicken breasts (around 6.5oz) I've been eating have approximately 43g of protein. Is that accurate???
Furthermore, nutrition facts say that the 8oz eye of round beef has around 55g of protein....is this also accurate?? If so, then I'm real happy 'cause eating adequately for my working out won't be as hard as I thought it would be...
If anyone could confirm those values, that'd be real cool!

And if those values are correct, then today I had around 230g of protein out of food alone (I'm 145lbs, 5'8") which isn't too bad I guess. Thanks guys

Meat protein is generally around 6-9 grams of protein per ounce, so those numbers sound about right. Don't forget to eat enough clean fat and carbs to go with it though.
