Now that the holidays are fast approaching how many single girls will be getting a 'boyfriend' for themselves?

Then by summertime mysteriously end up reborn/single again..

In a way the holiday season and girls all of a sudden have 'boyfriends' reminds me of how girls after a certain age run after some guy in their social circle to get married to when all of their friends start getting married or they realize their market value is shot to hell.

Holidays = presents and someone to spend them with because they can't handle being alone as if they are "losers" if they don't have someone at holiday time.

Marriage = 'independent ladies' don't want to be alone and need that man all of a sudden to 'indepedantly' spend his money and keep up with the other desperate housewives.

Most likely the pressure of friends having boyfriends or their own "boyfriends for the holidays" to spend time with. Someone to "impress" their families with. Someone "special" to be guilted and hinted into buying them all the nice things they want.

Of course if you don't want to be their "boyfriend" around those times they'll find someone else who will! LMAO

People also tend to get depressed when they're alone towards the end of the year holidays. These "strong, independent chicks" can't help but trip over themselves to then find someone for those times. Much like Valentines day. Someone "loves" them for the holidays. "See how good and in demand I am?"

Then Summer comes and they magically wind up single for any reason they can justify it with to slore around or enjoy their new found "freedom".

It's sooo convenient!
