I dont think it really improved her sex life, probably just a rationalization for her bad decision.. I feel bad for her, whoever made the surgery I hope he gets jailed or loses his license.. A smart one would deny the surgery and its very obvious she is going through traumas that even worsens her decision making in such cases.

Pretty obviously, she now has less room in bed, not more. But look at her eyes and the fact she's standing on a couch. How did Cray Cray get $160K to begin with if it wasn't from marrying some rich old man?
