i've been on vacation for the last month and i brought some weights and a couple of dumbells with me.
the first week i didn't train. i lifted something a couple of times in the second week, then i stopped and now i've been almost 3 weeks not training. i didn't overeat and i did lots of cardio (played basketball and swam everyday, i also had a 2-hours soccer match where i played right wing, so i kept running up and down). i should have lost lots of muscle, but this is not true: actually, i've never looked so awesome
how can this happen? does this mean that all the work with the weights in spring was useless and i would have gotten this body anyway?!
