I'm growing out my hair and I wanted to know what I could do to keep it healthy. I also wanted to know what I could do, like wear a hat, to leave it, like, hidden, i guess, cuz I know gel ruins hair if you're not careful, and I hate gel anyways.

Basically, hair care tips please.

get a few different brands of shampoos, switch every few days. if you use the same shampoo for too long, your hair will get very, uh, frizzy. i guess that's the word for it.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

 Thats for long hair right? I Wash my hair with shampoo once a day and my hair is short. Is this bad?

I pretty much started going bald prematurely from washing it too often with shampoo, irritated itchy scalp etc.. not washing it as often seems to have stopped my hair thinning as well. For long hair I imagine you can apply it more to the hair and less to the scalp which would be fine, the problem seems to be the acids in the shampoos. If you have short hair, warm water should be good and then wash it two to three times a week at the most with shampoo.

wow! I think I am only going to wash my hair every other day now and switch off between shampoos and always use conditioner. Oh and check for SLS on the ingridients.
