We're advancing into summer, DJs.

I had a nice 13-day streak last month when I tried to go NoFap before PMO relapse.

Benefits I noticed in those 13 days:
-Tonality slightly deeper
-(Consciously) improved posture
-Accomplished more personal goals that I had set aside (see thread)
-Worked out harder in the gym (increased weights)
-Better eye contact
-Laughed more
-Increased T levels

I want to go 30 days for this month. If I make it I'll revaluate the 60 and 90 milestone for a full reboot.

This thread can be more about NoFap. It can be a thread of goals and what you want to accomplish this month. For example, do you never approach? Approach daily. If you need motivation, l like the NoFap subreddit...

I have a volunteer week happening this month. I'll be one of two guys there in a group of women in their young-mid 20s all week. The other guy is old af, bald, and a little creepy. My goal is to have fun, enjoy interactions, #close to get over closing anxiety.

Other goals are to 1) pass a prerequisite class for grad school that is still currently kicking my @ss (study harder than I ever have in life so I don't have to repeat this one), gain 2) bulk an additional 15-25 lbs 3) maintain frame when I see the ex-wife at my buddies wedding.

I started the other day, so today is day2 for me.

How do you know your test increases?
Jury is still out... Evidence seems inconclusive from the research I've done. Although I do know there are ways you can increase T levels.

"As stated, the preponderance of animal & human studies suggest that neither abstinence nor “too much ejaculation” have any effect on blood testosterone levels. However, there's evidence that ejaculation to the point of sexual satiation triggers multiple brain changes - including a decline in androgen receptors. and increases in estrogen receptors and dopamine-blocking opioids in several brain regions. Full recovery takes about 15 days and is quite apart from addiction-related brain changes."

After about 4-5 days without getting off, I start to get zits on my face, which is not normal at age 41. It has to be testosterone.
The variation of testosterone is drastic enough to be the cause of such changes. I could be wrong though.

No fap benefits are mostly placebo. The real issue with fapping is that its particularly coupled with porn which is psychologicaly damagiing. If you were just to fap, no porn, I doubt there would be any noticeable changes if you abstained other than increased aggression.

Not necessarily aggression but increased energy and focus on life goals for sure. Also the "killer instinct" to close with girls becomes massive too.

I've noticed that these things tend to disappear when going no porn but still masturbating.

I guess from a biological perspective it makes sense to have more energy and drive if we're reducing frequency of ejaculation, because our DNA thinks we're not reproducing so we need to step it up.
