NoFap effects on having sex.

So I wanted to get the experiences from guys on here who have had sex while regularly masturbating (multiple times a week) versus those of you who stuck to NoFap, eventually pulled a girl, and had sex after say more than a week or two or a few of not masturbating. Sometimes I can be on Day 5 of NoFap and feel that urge but at times, I have done semen retention for day 4 onwards and do not feel any urge, it is weird.

Has anyone in here had sex after more than a week or two of not fapping?

for me, I find the perfect timing is 3-4 days of retention with a busy schedule is the peak for me. Afterwards, I’m either too horny or I start having ED issues.

Used to fap 5+ times a day and now it's never. Imo nofap is the best way to get real control over how long you can last.

You may be excited to bust after a week or two of holding out, but eventually you realize that taking your time is what makes everything better. Feel like you're about to pop? Slow the pace, pull it out, slap her in the face with it, chill out, go back in when you're ready.

Eventually you can last for as long as you want. Fapping doesn't really compare to sex, it might help you last longer, but you could just be learning to last longer and control yourself naturally instead of relying on the fap.

I don't no fap intentionally, sometimes I just get so busy that I don't even think about it. I notice after 1-2 weeks I am horny af. I'm approaching women, being ballsy, and not give a fvck. I would say any man with approach anxiety, just don't ejaculate for 2 weeks. You'll be full of testosterone, and you just make it happen.. idk how else to put it.

I think that is what @SW15 seems to advocate as well. I will come up on Day 7 tomorrow of NoFap, usually days 3 to 5 are where I end up messing up. Here is a good motto I try to live by. Don't masturbate at all. Any time you ejaculate it better be in a pvssy. This is easier when you have a gf, but still doable while single. You either find some pvssy to slay, or you let that sh!t keep building up. Trust me, if you go without for several weeks, pvssy will just find you.. I honestly think girls can sense it like a primal instinct, they know you're built up and they wanna release you.

I have found that if I am in No Fap for more than 2 days I can last longer and have much better hardness. When I was younger I would masturbate every single day that I did not have sex and I found that I would not be as hard overall and sometimes would experience some minor ED issues. While some people have historically recommended doing it so you don't *** as fast, I have found the opposite to be true.

Like @Scars mentioned, you're supposed to busy yourself with other things that are so engaging that you don't even have the time to think about fapping. Imo the 'superpowers' come from realizing your potential when you're doing these other engaging activities.

I can tell you after months of nofap that you are quicker to get excited but have the control of your ejaculation and stamina of a horse. You also treat sex not in a pornographic and transactional way.

If you make out with a girl and it does not go anywhere you get severe pain in your balls.

I usually did the NoNutNovember to prove my self-control to myself. (I don't care what others think, I'm doing this for me.) But also never in combination with sex. I think it's a good reset, if you fap too much and come too fast bc of that.

I think after like two weeks the horniness goes away and only comes when sth. sexual comes to your mind. It's not so hard to do NNN actually if you're motivated.

I've reached 55 days twice, the first 4-5 days are the most difficult. Nofap has a lot of benefits, I do it on a regular basis.

No fap for weeks at a time gives me better focus with everything. After a week or more of abstinence, sex feels much better, and overall the whole seduction process is much more enjoyable. Contrary to popular opinion, abstinence from masturbation gives me more self control also.

Maybe this is just me, but personally I feel that I'm more masculine to retain semen and then bust that in a young woman, even if it is relatively infrequent.
