I'm turnin 17 next month, The school is holdin a body building show in april and i need to get ready for it, so i decided to look for a supplement. Some one told me about Nitric oxide or NO2.

I read up about it and about the way it works and i thought to myself, "isnt this a different form of steroids?"

It allows you to gain crazyyy mass. SAME THING STEROIDS DO.

Do you guys really think this supplement is safe??

NO2 or nitrous oxide will not improve hypertrophy. It will make your car go faster and kill your pain so your dentist can extract your molars but it isn't going to do sh1t for you in the gym.

Where does this nonsense come from?

I'll give you the short version of the bulking guide kid. Eat big, lift big, grow big.

Don't bet on looking like a professional bodybuilder by April even if you do juice (which you shouldn't at your age even if you knew what the fvck you were talking about.) Maybe by April 2008. The iron game takes years not months.

"The fact is, there is no science supporting any of the claims made for so-called nitric oxide supplements. There is no science showing they have any effect on nitric oxide levels and certainly no science showing in effects on muscle growth or increased performance."

ROTFLAO! That was pretty funny.

Ahem, anyway, you shouldn't do steroid at your age since it will very much screw you up. Just bulk up as much as your can and a couple of weeks before the event, do a cutting cycle to shed some fat and make you look 'harder.' Good luck.

im going to be goin up against some monsterssssssssss, kids that been workin out since they were 13, ive been goin for a couple of months. i definitely have gotten bigger.

Now the deal with these pills is that i actually know someone who has taken them and has blown up.

I asked one of my gym teachers today and he told me that no2 reduces oxygen going to the brain...........

but at the same time, no2 claims that it increases oxygen and blood flow to the spine..........

I have a friend that is taking No2 with Oxy-6 or something like that. Well, he says he has no side effects and it works as well as Deca or better. He benches around 460.
