I'm sure all of you are aware of the good looking teacher Debra Lafave who was caught having sex with her 16 year old student about 8 months ago in florida. This is a little up date to let you all see how f*cked up the justice system really is for gender bias.

First of all the defense lawyer argued that Lafave was "too pretty" for jail and should not be encarcerated. That's really all I need to be pissed off but wait it gets worse. Lafave has entered a plea of guilty by insanity, even though the state psych ward deemed her fit to stand trial. And no the coup de gras, the victims mother is requesting that the young man not take the stand because she feels that the "trauma" caused by the court system would be a life changing experience for the worse...right...and i suppose having sex with your teacher in the back of a moving SUV with the windows down across two counties is completely normal. In all likely hood the boy conviced his mother to do this as he's probably getting high fives from just about everybody in his school and is famous across is district.

Summing it all up the most that will happen to Lafave is 3 years house arrest (maybe with a braclet or anklet) with 7 years probation. But with out a witness testimony, the case itself may be dropped due to lack of evidence. I think she still gets a sex offender card and has her teaching credentials pulled. Whoever said justice is blind maybe right but like any blind person she can hear and feel with super human ability to compensate. In this case she heard a pretty voice and felt on some serious titties and decided that after copping that feel, justice was served:down:

Oh give me a break. If you were a 16 year old guy, and your hot teacher wanted to have sex with you, would you be the least bit tramatized? Hell, I'd be bragging to all my friends if I were that guy. Most guys can only fantasize about it.

You should be less concerned with the "gender equality" issues and take a look at the situation for what it really is. If I were on that jury I probably wouldn't give her any jail time either.

It doesn't matter what you think really. The law on relationships between students and teachers is pretty well outlined. Do you also think that concentual sex between a good looking male teacher and a his 16 year old student should require no jail time as well? Of course not, because the system is bias. Regardless of how obviously not tramatized the student was, a crime was committed and if it were a male teacher as opposted to a female one, they would have skipped the trial all together and castrated him.

It does matter what I think because the the law is only there to serve us. If enough people share the same opinion that a law should be a certain way, the law changes. That's one of the great things about this country.

Do you also think that concentual sex between a good looking male teacher and a his 16 year old student should require no jail time as well?
While I don't think it's very professional (she should definately be fired) and our culture sees it as morally wrong (most states anyway), I don't think a male teacher should go to jail either if it was concentual.

But I also don't think it's wrong to treat men and women differently. I think it's much more likely that a male teacher coerces a female 16 year old than vice versa. I really can't see a 16 year old male being coerced AT ALL to have sex with a hot teacher.

Regardless of how obviously not tramatized the student was, a crime was committed and if it were a male teacher as opposted to a female one, they would have skipped the trial all together and castrated him.
Ever heard the saying "two wrongs don't make a right"? Just because the law is skewed against men doesn't mean it should be skewed against women also. The problem is that a man would get castrated for the same situation; sending women to jail for the same situation wouldn't stop it from happening to men.

Minor correction in the initial reporting. The boy was 14 not 16. So now not only is it teacher student sex but also statutory rape, as the boy was not at the age of consent...no jail time. THAT i belive is morally wrong. I also think that 16 year old girls are just as apt to sleep with an attractive teacher as a side not. The notion that they need to be coersed is completely fictional. How many girls have you met that say they're into older guys? I've heard that a few times (If not all my life) they get off on it just as much as a guy would (until they hit 30 then they want to go younger).

All that being said NO JAIL TIME FOR STATUTORY RAPE is the bottom line again because it's a woman not a man. Definately a bias system and I think that any girl crying about womens liberation should first examine the treatment they get from our justice system for sexual based crimes before they start crying about inequality from this point on. Man this makes me want to go to law school and become a judge. I'd be lockin up ho bag teachers like this one hosale.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.
