I need your guys opinions on this. I just want to know from a purely chemical perspective which is going to read to more T productions.

So I have pretty much cut porn over the last 2 month, I have slipped up about 3 times.

However, I still do fap off and on, I will get mixed reactions, if it is early in the morning I will be sluggish for most of the day.
If it's after a hard workout or yoga sesh, I pretty much have no choice, I'm just raging. Usually I'll still be energetic after, my body will want to go for another round, if I do that I'll get sluggish, if I dont I feel good.
Before bed is most common of course, and I find the next morning to be very reinvigorated.

If I go 1-2 days without I can also find myself to be sluggish. If I go 5-7 days however I feel on top of the world

So I'm already aware of the conscious affects it has on the desire of women and all that, which I feel like cutting porn has greatly balanced. So now I just need to know from a chemical standpoint what is better for your body and t production.

I've tried to read up but still haven't gotten alot of answers. So would like some other bro scientist's input.

My experience says it's great for a week or two. Then I get low. Not scientific, but I don't see long term success with it.

Yeh I mean to me it seems like, laying around everyday watching porn, your brain just goes haywire, it has to do less work, which = less need for excessive t, less desire to meet actual women.

When you're working out and eating a testosterone boosting diet (like myself) rubbing one out (w/o porn screwing up chemistry) tells your body, "this guy needs more, he's running us all around)

I hear that guys that take testosterone supplements have to 'release' 4 times a day at minimum.
I am starting to really believe it is the circumstance of what else you're doing to your body

Too much internet porn and sedentary lifestyle is obviously a bad thing, fap in excess is not good either. I think if you can regulate it and control when you do it it is a healthy thing. I certainly feel on top of the world doing no fap for a few weeks or months, however you are denying your body something. When you are with a women, you blow too quick and that is the biggest draw back of no fap, I like to go once a week, if I need more I will and balance it out with periods of no fap.

There's some research on that, IIRC it peaks after a week then you either need to clear pipe or it gets bad.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Cannot get my head around why anyone would want to quit porn. It's awesome.

You'll see no significant body changes from not jacking off.

Your only issue is if you're sat at home all day on porn rather than doing anything. If that's the case, it's because you're a loser though - not because of porn.

Quoting from Colossus's second link:

These data demonstrate that acute abstinence does not change the neuroendocrine response to orgasm but does produce elevated levels of testosterone in males.
That's it bros
