Hi i think this is the appropiate forum for this since its related to excersicing!.
First of all my routine combines cardio and stuff lifting some weights(sp?) and also a little dance dance revolution and whatnot
its varied and it has helped me lose like 40 kg since i started (i was 113kg at one time [my worst ever] and i'm 78 now), nevertheless i'm still a little fat and i'm still making my routines everyday and my body feels great everytime i finish it but when i don't work out i feel awful like my body says "hey i have all this energy why aren't you using it?" or something, thing is i love to work out but today i fell at a soccer game (damn
) and my knee hurts a bit, i don't know if i'll be able to work out but if i don't i'm gonna end up feeling like sh!t! and tomorrow i have to go to study and i want to be in a good mood... any tips?
PS: it's like i feel i fight a battle every day, a battle against lazyness, and when i don't work out... It's like if i had lost, no matter the reason.
