Hey guys, I've been peeping a lot of different sites on working out, eating right etc.
a couple years ago when I first started my journey in game I noticed my drinking went up exponentially. This wasn't surprising considering that I spend 2-3 days a week at bars. However after a car accident (yes I was drunk) It was a wake up call. I went on a 40/40 (days&nights) no booze. etc

I decided since I'm working out no to lose weight for the month of September not to drink any booze what so ever and see what the results would be. October is homecoming at my buddies school so Ill break it then and resume after depending on my results :)

thoughts?

That's gonna be hard man especially on the weekends, but I support ya all the way bro.

I thought about it myself, but all in all when it comes to getting in shape and booze it all depends on the person. I drink and eat like **** during the weekends, but during the week, I do well. like under 2000 calories, and my weights at the gym are increasing and I lost about 25 pounds since may.

And when I was in school I got lazy, and ate bad food, so gained about 25. So now I'm back where I was at. I'll admit I am lucky though.

The most accomplished and interesting people I've ever met tended to be teetotalers or damn close to it. Not that I don't drink a little but just something I noticed.

I knew some people that didn't drink and I respected them highly for it. Funnily enough, they all have started drinking recently.

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

I meant to say that alcohol has been proven to lower testosterone levels and increase the body's production of estrogen.
That makes a bit more sense to me. Explains why heavy drinkers have a bit of the man ti****s.
