my girl is really buggin me about calling her one of those corny nicknames... Can someone help me out?


Anything besides baby or honey is fine with me

Find something about her that you joked to her about (like an inside joke or something). I, for instance, call my GF a "Fat old hag." No joke. Probably will stop soon though, because once it gets old it's just degrading.

Me and my old girlfriend just kinda came up with ours together. I called her buttercup and she called me her Honey Bunny. Kinda nice haha, I liked it. You kinda just have to come up with it with her.

I've always called my girlfriends by their names, but that's my preferance as nicknames give me the sh*ts

Just say to her if you keep calling me that name I'll call you {INSERT NAME SHE HATES}

jenny -> johnny
ashley -> ashton

hahaha ya, i guess it does sound bad

i only call them that when its just the two of us tho, and i don't say it all the time. just occasionally to tease them, and always delivered with smile. every time i've done this the girl has liked it, and it always reminds them of me when they hear it.

also, this is only a basic example. i try to use nicknames based on inside jokes whenever possible. i use the reverse gender thing if i have nothing else. i call almost every girl i know by a nickname, cause its good for building rapport

Calling them by their email thingie is just as good as any, but use it sparingly.
