Next or too needy?

Hey guys,

I've been lurking around this forum for awhile and learned a lot of great lessons but figured i'd see what you guys think of this situation. This girl really threw herself at me about a month ago and I didn't warm up to her too much, or all that quickly. Things started to escalate and we saw each other about 2-3 times in total (a few make out sessions but no sex). So anyways, I usually call this girl max once a week and only to ask for a date never a full out conversation longer than 10 mins. Last week she rejects my date saying that she had to be somewhere and that she felt bad because if she could make it she would. She also counter offers that the following week we could get together and that I should call her. Huge red flags go off here to me, but I figured i'd give her the benefit of the doubt. I call back about 9 days later (at home) and she isn't home so I text her cell phone asking to give me a call when she can. She reponds by saying i'll call you when I get home. Its getting late (around 11:30pm) and I don't want anyone calling my ass at 1am to wake me up so I text back "I'm exhausted. Don't worry about calling back tonight." Haven't lost my cool at all. So far she hasn't called back today and i'm thinking she is either sh*t testing or low interest loser cause I don't think i've done anything to appear needy. My gut says NEXT..what do you guys think?

I would call her back and check things out. Maybe your text sounded harsh to her as well, when you asked her not to call back. If she says no, she can't go on a date again, just ask her if she's interested or if you should just brake things up. It's as simple as that. If she says yes, then do something special and romantic on your date, so you will make her feel special. The she will be hooked! .

definatly dont call, let her think about her actions for a bit, if u call back now u mite aswell hand ur balls on a plate to her

You aren't sounding as too needy or clingy.

BUT, girls can be strange sometimes and think in peculiar ways...

If she isn't taking your bait though, I would just cut your losses and move on (assuming you aren't that attached to her).

Thanks guys. Its probably way better to find these things out sooner rather than later so I may as well move on

Your not being needy. It seems lately both of your scheduals arent working out. I would wait for her to call you. Also, start looking for other women to date.
