I'm 20 years old, never really gone to the gym seriously. I am not a tall guy, around 5'4 only. Currently am 145 lbs with an flabby stomach ( lol someone must be laughing already). But the good part is, when with clothes i don't really look very fat. I have small bones ( thin bones or whatever you call it.)
Ok enough background of my current physics.
Can anybody tell me how to start shaping up? Do i got with a diet? i don't know anything really about diets. Don't know how to count calories etc.
As for gym, what do i start with? Cardio or go straight with lifting.. i think the sticky about guide to bulking or cutting up won't apply to me yet, since im totally in "no shape" at all.. and i consider myself a weak guy.
I want to change, i know height won't change anymore, but i believe my structure would change. Any help please.. Kinda desperate here.
