Hey, first time posting here.
I just recently got a job hauling around lumber carts all day and lifting crap because I wanted to get into better shape, so I guess I got a little kick start there, but I'm looking to take it a step further and buying a barbell and a pair of dumbells and starting cardio.
I'm 5' 9'' 5' 9'' 1/2 tops and I weigh about 164 and all I can really say about my body fat is that I can almost see my abs. Naturally I kind of already have alright sized muscles. It seems like they gain mass pretty fast too and I would kind of just like to tone and firm them up. I probally wouldn't want to go past 175 maybe even less, but we''ll see what happens when I get there.
Anyways... I've been reading through some of the guides and was just thinking about bulking and doing cardio since it would just be faster and I dont want to gain alot anyways. One more question, once you get to where you want to be what kind of workout do you have to do to maintain?
