i 've been testing and trying different ways to lose weight , the last few months, specifically the last 10 weeks.
what i've discovered, is due to the fact, once we get into Very low calories count we become tired and could be counter productive to weightloss..
what i discovered, is NOT TO CONCENTRATE on CALORIE COUNTING per se,
but that should be the happening as a result automatically, if we continously concentrate on tweakign our own dieting methods e.g. good eating like ...
basically the goal at all times is to maintain our energy levels as high and stable ..by keeping our blood sugar levels high, we automatically feel full.. There is an implicit connection taht most diet books don't tel you between your energy levels and how hungry you feel. ..we need to keep our energy levels stable, by eating smaller meals but eating more often e.g. 6-7 meals a day. Not only that, but we should eat those meals with foods that prevent energy blood sugar levels to lower ( they lower if you eat HIGH GI foods that cause insulin into the blood stream which has a blood sugar level lowering effect) . and refrain from refinded sugars and white rice etc which is the death to my plan as that is fastest way to drop your energy levels, make yourself hungry and eat like a pig. FInd a good website that lists GI for the foods you eat and at the same time good a journal and try and see yourself if what i m saying works or not. also when i workout, i feel less hungry i dont know what, may be its the t levels going thru the body
