I've just had an idea that might help some strugglers with their humor and conversation skills. Just to let you know though, I haven't tested this out yet but I still think it might work so I'm going to share it with you anyways. If you're having trouble with humor, try this. So, here's the idea:

While you are walking around doing whatever you do everyday, keep your eyes out for anything weird or funny that makes you laugh. Everytime you see something funny or weird, you remember it and when you get home you write it down. After awhile, your list should get bigger and full of funny things you've seen. All these funny stories will each have different topics. Every once in a while, read this list so all the funny stories stay in your head. Now when you're in a conversation with a girl, and a topic comes up that relates to one of the dropdead funny stories you've seen, you can share the story with her and she'll drop dead from laughing so hard. Then you can bury her dead body and pat yourself on the back for making someone laugh. This should help you keep your conversations interesting and humorous. Here's a little example of mine:

A couple of weeks ago I was at my cousin's house and he tells me he's gotta take a dump. So I'm like, "Thanks for sharing. Now go **** before it's too late." So he walks down into the kitchen and grabs a sprite from the refridgerator (sp?). I take a look at him and ask him, "WTF are you doing, I thought you had to ****?" Then he says, "Yeah Im going to right now." and he takes the sprite into the bathroom and drinks it while he ****s. I never knew it was possible for a person to drink soda while they're poopin so I thought that was pretty weird and funny. Now whenever the topic about **** comes up while I'm talking to a girl (I don't know how that topic would come up though), I can relate to the time my cousin took a **** while drinking sprite.

Well I'm sorry to say that it was a true story, so now everyone knows my cousin drinks while he ****s. The point is though, that keeping and eye out for anything unusual and funny, then later writing it down, should help you remember more funny stories to share with girls when in a conversation. That's my idea, so go have fun with it.

lol...yeah that was a bad example. I advise not to use my example in a conversation. Use something more...um...civilized that you've witnessed that you found funny.

that is actually a very good idea man. I always see funny stuff on a regular basis and make funny ass opinions and ****. Problem is I can never remember them. This will keep them fresh and ready to use in conversations with not only chicks but with everyone. Very good mang, u get your propers... I mean props! :D

IF you have really big issues with conversation, by all means, try this out. Minus the whole bad example that was given.

Personally, this would never work for me in specific. If you are able to operate on her feelings during conversation, and actually pay attention, you can see what she wants to talk about and the clues she is giving, and go from there.

Conversation is NOT as difficult as it is made out to be.

One of these days, I'll get my stuff together, and post about it.:D

another tip

Also, if you don't observer anything weird or funny immediatly, put yourself in an odd position.

Today for example, I just got back home from this camp thing where I'd been for 6 days, and neither of my parents had watered or mowed the lawn.

My parents usually ask me to mow the lawn, and they did this time almost when I walked in the door. I had my shirt off in the backyard where I couldn't be seen. I've got an average build for a 16 year-old, a little on the slim side.

When I went out to the front, I kept the shirt off and started keeping track of how many people would make eye contact with me, a skinny pale white kid with no shirt using a push-mower on a weed-riddled lawn which was almost completely brown and dead.

The results were interesting, and farily entertaining. Most would look at me and then pretend they were looking somewhere else when I looked back, but not always. One car drove passed me, driver staring, then turned around in the middle of the street and came back so that the passenger could stare too. A guy on a bike nearly hit a light pole because he was paying attention to me instead of where he was going. One person was very detrermined not to look my way, even when both her dogs ran up and started jumping on my legs and wagging their tails. She just kept walking rigidly looking straight ahead.

When you do weird things, weird things happen, and when weird things happen, you get some great stories to tell.

yeah, I like this. Just imagine your training to be a stand up comedian, and your looking for stuff to put in your act. Christ, funny **** is always popping into my head, but I have a gd memory for that kind of stuff. If you do this its likely you'll end up with a whole comedy show in your mind! Then, when it links into the convo, you can just charge on in! Then the trick isn't thinking of stuff to say, but knowing when to shut up:rolleyes: :)

That's exactly where I got my idea from. I was watching Last Comic Standing and one of the comedians said that everyday he sat in this coffee shop and watched out the window from inside. He would then witness all these funny things happening outside the window of the coffee shop and thats where he got most of the material for his act.
