Don Juan
okie, i was working out in a gym since january this year. i had some problems over there, but that was teh only gym nearby. for example, the instructor only got me doing chest n wings one day, and arms teh other day. he provided no close supervision, and said that shoulders are a far-away land, i must first build up my arms and chest. n he said dont even think about thighs, it is not for u. ppl who were working out over thr for around 3 years were also not allowed to do thighs. only i few huge guyz were allowed to. n i wanted to do thighz cuz os their potential in causing increases GH and testosterone.
i heard of another new gym in teh vicinity yesterday, and decided to check it out, just for the heck of it. i had no intentionsof switching. i wanted to talk to the instructor more than see the gym. i went to that guy n was really impressed. he is quite muscular, and has come from the same background is mine: EXTREMELY SKINNY! i talked to him for around 15 minutes n decided i wanted to join. went back him , returned with admission fee n joined there n then.
this guy is now getting me to do whole body exercises, including biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and wings. lower body (thighz) will b started today. he pointed out a lot of flaws in my exercise form, which i attribute to ack of proper supervision in the prior gym.
now the question in case is this: this guy says that teh way i walk is not right. my body isnt balanced and i walk with a inclination towards a side. so how do i correct it?? any tips?? suggesstions??
