So my fellow DJ's, I'll be the first one to admit that I never really learned how to swim or jump-rope. As of late I have really wanted to start doing more to obtain my own fitness goals. I think these two would benefit me with variety rather than just plain ol' weight lifting and machine assisted work outs. If you can post some simple tips or guides on how to swim or jump-rope (for me) i would appreciate it. As well as that, you can post other simple things that you learned how to do when you were young and help others learn skills that may be beneficial to their work outs.
