Hey guys, I'm 99% sure this has been covered before, but I wasn't sure where to look outside of the sticky posts, and I didn't wanna blow 2 hours looking for my answer there, so..
If I am going to start working out at a gym, what weight should I start at?(Or should I use an empty bar to get the correct form?) If need be I could submit pictures so you could critique my weakest points(which, living my last 19 years as a gamer, are pretty much everything lol).
Any comments, help, flames, judgements, etc would be appreciated! Thanks!
