Sorry for the late post been away for a bit . Well i will try to explain it as best as I can .

Monday - I work out Bi's , Back and do some cardio after. About 10 mins on treadmill

Wed - I do chest tris and shoulder and some cardio

Friday I do legs and cardio

But everynow and then ill throw in something I read about or see online and try that out . AS for my diet Just basic , for breakfast I either have eggs and toast or Cereal . Lunch I usually have sandwiches at work like tuna and everynow and then Il lhave some chicken w/ some rice and salad. Dinner I guess its usually random and I always seem to be really hungry still at around 9pm So ill usually have something else to eat. . Also I am a dj at clubs so when i go to clubs ill usually drink beer wich I guess doesnt really do me much help now that I think of it . But thats the basics of it I guess.

You're not eating nearly enough. You're not giving your body the fuel and nutrients it needs to grow. With working out, especially for newbies, its important to do the fundamentals really well.

This means hammering out a good diet plan and kicking bad habits. Also, screw working bi's/tri's and 10 minutes of cardio won't do a whole lot unless you're doing very high intensity crossfit stuff. Do BIG compound movements. I've been at this for over 10 years and those still form the basis of my training program.

By the basic movements I mean:

1. Squats.
2. Deadlifts.
3. Bench/Bench variations.
4. Dips.
5. Chin ups/Pull ups.
6. Shoulder press/shoulder press variations.

Check out the stuff in the vault. Lotsa good info in there!

Going along with what Fugly said, also keep a solid ROUTINE. By routine I mean a good exercise plan in which you do the same thing every week.

You don't really need to start switching things up and trying 'random' things unless you've hit a plateua, which you clearly haven't. You should be doing the same exercises every week and moving the weight up as you go.
