Well I have problems with my right knee cartilage so I cant jog or do that sort of thing. Im at uni and can't afford gym membership. All i got is some crappy weights and a resistance band.

But I want to keep fit. Will doing some light free weights high rep, resistance band training and pushups count as a bit of cardio ?

Or is there anything else I can do ? dont say anything like swim or cycle, i dont have a bike and cant afford it or swimming !

Sounds like it would work for cardio. Kind of like a circuit training thing.

Isnt there a gym on campus? I would guess there is, if so, go there and swim.
