I'll make this short, I signed up for skydiving and on the 29th of March I'll have to take a test to prove that my body is fit for jumping. What I'll have to do:

-run 1 km in 3 minutes (hard)
-run 100 m in 12 seconds (hard)
-20 chin ups (hard)
-jump 2.5 m (easy)
-40 push ups (easy)

So running and lifting myself up to the bar will be the problem.

If this helps I'm 1.90 m tall and have 85 kg.

Give me any advice you can think of and is reasonable, maybe even a training plan, I will probably think and even try most of them because I have 2 months for this.

Thanks in advance!

running a 12 sec 100m is stupid if you ask me. Some people are not designed to run at that speed, even if their fitness levels are of a high standard.

This is for the military or something though right?

1km in 3 mins?

This sounds like parachuting school in the army, same requirements as us.

Wow, I just paid the money and they let me jump out of an airplane here in the states! As long as I was below 220 lbs or 100 kg's for that matter and I was it was all good and the chute opened. If this isn't for the military, find another dropzone or go to www.rosstraining.com and follow the programs on there. Work your anaerobic and aerobic systems and continue doing your chins, get a weight vest if you have to.
